5/22: Hidden within the Big Bang Bill was this anti-constitutional trap: “No federal court may enforce a contempt citation.”. This means the Republican Congress legislates that NO ONE CAN TOUCH TRUMP – PERIOD!

What does "appropriated funds" mean regarding a contempt citation?

Aren't the courts funded by the Judiciary Branch (not the DOJ)? Is the funding of any of the three branches of government considered "appropriated funding"? If that's the case, can a particular court trying the contempt charge be funded by private donations, as someone else has suggested?

Companies and their management are toasted by Trump if they blame tariffs in forecasting future financial setbacks. We need to offset that fear by calling out their bravery for being truthful. We need to support their companies.

5/21: The US Senate Republicans are about to take the nuclear option in dismantling the filibuster rule. They don’t seem concerned that it would give the Democrats carte blanche the next time they are in the majority, as they believe they’ll be forever in power.

This is probably the unspoken contention of ALL Republicans. They have gained much through the devious tactic of prying and controlling elections ever since the Reagan-era “Contract With America” (Project 2025's forerunner).

5/20: What "Big Beautiful Bill" means:
The bill would slash taxes, providing the biggest savings to the wealthy, and steer more money to the military and immigration enforcement. To cover part of the cost, it would cut health, nutrition, education, and clean energy programs, causing our nation to be deeper in debt. We could, one day, end up hat-in-hand crying to Europe and China.

I would say, "We were Trumped!"

5/19: We’ll have to tighten our belts. Bad times are coming. Especially Medicaid and health care shortening our lives. We’ll have a run on caskets and a shortage of grave sites. Raising burial costs.

How about coffin rentals and grave site time sharing plans? X dollars for two-year bundles, after which the grave site and coffin are vacated. If you buy it on a buy now, pay later plan, your bones are then sold to calcium suppliers, and clothes are sold to movie prop houses. Because zombie movies will be in vogue.

This fund will be crucial for defending any advertiser facing threats for their support. As more audiences turn to streaming for their news, this outlet can effectively navigate around FCC broadcast restriction threats, ensuring our voice remains strong and unfettered.

5/5: Trump wants to makeover his new home. He has ordered officials to rebuild and reopen Alcatraz, a famous prison on an island off San Francisco. He said Alcatraz would “house America’s most ruthless and violent offenders” and that it was “a symbol of law and order”.

That’s got to be grounds for removal or at least forced reeducation on the Constitution.

5/2: As with all good businesses, any order by the CEO can be rescinded by the board of directors, so should any presidential executive order be rescindable by congress.

I propose all EOs automatically rescind in, say, fourteen days if not approved by congress.
